Natural Gas

All of our products are derived from the conversion of natural gas feedstock; and through our diversification into natural gas production, we have created a fully integrated value chain from exploration to end delivery of products to our customers.

Proman entered the upstream sector in 2014 with our natural gas exploration and production joint venture in the Piceance Basin, USA and then furthered our involvement in 2015 through our partnership with DeNovo in Trinidad and Tobago.

In Trinidad and Tobago, DeNovo manages our natural gas production operations, capitalising on local talent and innovation in the upstream sector. DeNovo owns and operates our offshore platform off the west coast of Trinidad and the associated Gas Processing Unit, and is able to deliver feedstock directly to our downstream plants on the Point Lisas Industrial Estate.

In North America, Proman USA manages Proman’s natural gas operations, which includes its interest in natural gas production in the Piceance Basin, Colorado, as well as marketing and hedging operations.
