Proman is headquartered in Wollerau, Switzerland. The Wollerau team is responsible for overseeing Proman’s global operations, with particular focus on strategy, governance, finance and risk management, as well as large scale project development and management of engineering and construction projects around the world.

New project development is undertaken with the help of our Houston-based project and business development team, whose extensive experience in greenfield site development and the acquisition of projects at various stages of execution helps us to leverage our broad capabilities across our integrated value chain, while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Our project and business development teams globally are leading the way in developing innovative future uses of methanol and ammonia, and promoting the methanol and hydrogen economies. We are continuously looking at ways to capitalise on existing infrastructure to deliver a greener fuel for transportation and power generation needs, as well as more sustainable ways to produce our products.

Proman headquarters building’s unique energy efficient design is a signature feature in Wollerau. The idea for the steel, concrete, and glass buildings was originally conceived in 2011, and completed in 2013 in collaboration with a local Swiss architectural design firm. The innovative dual-pyramid design, which uses solar power for both heating and cooling, reflects the dynamism of the Proman family of companies’ growth.
