Position Overview
Lead and Shape Proman’s cyber resilience architecture across its global technology landscape. Working closely with stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, and the business, you will drive the design of secure and resilient technology solutions that support business operations, digital transformation, and cybersecurity objectives.
Responsibilities

Define and maintain cyber resilience architecture principles, standards and reference architectures across IT and OT environments.

Provide architecture governance and design assurance for technology, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity, network, and OT initiatives.

Ensure technology projects and solutions align with Proman’s cybersecurity requirements and relevant frameworks, including NIST CSF and IEC 62443.

Translate cyber risks and business needs into practical security requirements and resilient technology designs.

Lead architecture assessments of new technologies, major changes, and transformation programmes.

Provide risk-based recommendations and document key architectural decisions and exceptions.

Collaborate with Cyber Risk, IT, OT, Engineering and business teams to embed security requirements into technology solutions.

Lead the Cyber Resilience Architecture function, providing technical direction, governance, and quality assurance.

Monitor emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to strengthen Proman’s cyber resilience capabilities.

Act as a senior subject matter expert during major cybersecurity initiatives and incidents.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in cybersecurity , information security, technology, or security architecture roles.

Proven experience designing and reviewing security architectures across cloud, identity, networks, applications, endpoints, and data environments.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, cyber resilience, IT/OT security, Zero Trust, identify and access management, network security and cloud security.

Experience working within complex, multinational and enterprise technology environments.
-
Experience within industrial, manufacturing energy or Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Experience managing or overseeing architecture and security services delivered by third-party providers or MSSPs.
-
Knowledge of ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and enterprise architecture methodologies.
