People

Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. Across the world, Proman people are known for their best-in-class engineering and operational capabilities. Today, as an organisation of over 2,100 people, Proman is led by the same values as when the company was founded.

We remain guided by the same core values that shaped our foundation 40 years ago: commitment, integrity, camaraderie, adaptability, decisiveness, and long-term thinking. These values underpin how we work – building strong relationships, thinking beyond the short term, and adapting in a changing world.

We encourage our employees to make a difference to the communities where Proman operates and support them in their professional development to make the best of their talent and potential.
